I am a result driven professional and keen learner.Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with an aptitude for innovative solution through need & impact assessment. To work for the emergence of a strong Training and Research Unit in the micro finance sector with synergies and linkages with formal financial and service sectors – thus enabling substantial reduction of poverty and mainstreaming of marginalized communities.
