Mr Hetal R. Pathak has done his masters in Social Work from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidhyanagar, Gujarat.. His areas of specialization include development of MIS (Management Information System) and Indicators/Benchmarks for Concurrent Monitoring & Evaluation of the program activities and trainings on Effective Communication and Documentation skills, Personality Development, Achievement & Motivation, SHG Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Project Management and Leadership development. Mr Pathak has an extensive eight years & 5 months experience in training, management, monitoring & implementation of various development projects and programmes in the field of Public Health, Family Welfare, Women and Child development and Adolescents’ Reproductive and Sexual health. He has worked at various capacities and projects in various State Government projects, institutes such as IIM Ahmedabad and organizations such as European Commission, World Bank/IFAD, British High Commission funded projects. At present Mr. Pathak is working as Faculty Training at the Indian School of Microfinance for Women.
