The School specializes in offering Management Development Programmes (MDP) for not only MFI Staff but also for Grassroot workers. These trainings are geared to build the managerial capacities, so that they can analyze the impact of their present action plans and make necessary changes.

The training on MDP for grassroot workers is a unique training offered by the School and it is focused on developing the managerial capacities of the grassroot workers who work directly with the member clients in the field. This training helps them separate their present action plan from its future impact. Since they are the interface between the organization and the member clients, their efficiency and proactive efforts needs to be enhanced as it directly affects the services to the member clients.
