Ms. Barkha is a faculty with training unit of the school. She is a graduate of commerce and has done her masters in Business Administration with specialization in finance. She began her career with Self Employed Women’s Association (SEWA) and has experience of coordinating training programmes of national level and worked at various capacities for strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, documentation and evaluation of various development projects. She has also worked with Axis Bank and served at various functional areas of the bank.
Her areas of interest are Financial and Strategic planning focusing on sustainability of CBOs. At the School Ms. Barkha develops contents of training modules on topics like Bookkeeping, Strategic Business Planning and Micro Enterprise Management, etc.
